| dc.description.abstract | У статті розглянуто будову людського капіталу та місце, яке посідає у ній інтелектуальний капітал. Інтерес до проблеми, винесеної у назву статті, зумовлений стрімкими змінами, які відбуваються в економіці світу під впливом Четвертої промислової революції, та необхідністю осмислення завдань, що постають у цьому контексті перед вітчизняними закладами вищої освіти. Вони є фінальною ланкою ланцюга формування людського капіталу, завдяки якій професійні компетенції особи набувають якості рушійної сили матеріального виробництва. Методичну базу дослідження становили багаторічні спостереження за практикою освітнього процесу в університетах Миколаївського регіону, а також аналіз публікацій за темою розвідки в друкованих та електронних виданнях. В останньому випадку вони були знайдені в мережі Інтернет через пошукові системи за запитами, які містили відповідні ключові слова. Доведено, що інтелектуальний капітал є результатом соціалізації індивіда, зокрема через набуття вищих фахових компетенцій. Це відрізняє поняття «інтелектуальний капітал» від звичайної робочої сили. | |
| dc.description.abstract1 | An internal structure of human capital and the place of intellectual capital in it have been considered in the article. The interest in the problem mentioned in the title of the publication arose due to the rapid and irreversible changes that took place in the economies of the world leading countries under the influence of the Fourth industrial revolution. In this context, the new tasks of domestic educational institutions and, above all, higher education need to be clarified as soon as possible. Because they are the final link in the chain of formation of human capital, through which the professional competencies of a person acquire specific qualities of the driving force of material production. The long-term supervision over practice of educational process in universities of the Mykolaiv re¬gion, and also the analysis of numerous publications on a subject of reconnaissance in the printed and electronic editions formed the methodical basis of the conducted research. In the latter case, they were found in the Internet through search engines for queries that contained relevant keywords. It is proved that intellectual capital is the result of a long process of socialization of the individual, that occurs throughout his life. The content of its special phase – the acquisition and maintenance of maximum professional competen¬cies in proper condition, that is the paramount mission of modern institutions of higher education. It is the level of professional excellence that distinguishes the concept of intellectual capital from or-dinary labor, the scope of which will gradually decrease due to the proliferation of cyberphysical systems capable of exchanging data with similar devices through digital information and communication networks, that is connected with the Forth Industrial Revolution escalation. At the same time, intellectual capital will play an increasing role as a source of innovations that are relevant to product manufacturers and service providers, they will become more attractive to consumers, taking advantage of its achievements, and, therefore, more competitive in the market segments. | |
